New Hours for Jan/Feb 2009

The Pine Island Area History Center will be open to the general public Mondays from 8:00-11:00 A.M. through the months of January and February.

If you would like to visit the History Center outside this time, please call Jerry and Loraine Vettel at 507-356-4168 or Bill and Sandy Frame at 507-356-4778 to arrange a time.

We're 10 years old!

The History Center is celebrating it's 10 year anniversary this year. Doris Glamm wrote an excellent look back on where we've been this past decade. Read it here.

Sesquicentennial DVD Available!

We are pleased and excited to announce the release of the Pine Island Sesquicentennial DVD. This DVD is a pictorial history of Pine Island from 1857 - 2007 and costs only $13.00 (p/h included).
