Pine Island Area History Center Renovation - 2008
January, February and March, 2008, were busy months at the History Center.
It seems that Jerry and Loraine Vettel practically moved in, as they spent so much time working there.
We are so fortunate and grateful for their dedication to Pine Island's history.
The jobs that they have done are much too numerous to list here, but we have had other workers doing amazing things too:
- Dennis Berg has installed new windows throughout the house, and Roy Larson has stained them on the inside.
- Don Vang applied new wallpaper in the dining room.
- Howard and Doris Glamm helped remove the carpet in the hallway, while Jerry and Loraine did the kitchen,
and Loraine did the pantry.
